Give yourself a bit of a boost this January with a juice jam packed full of vitamins and immunity boosting ingredients. This has now become my morning routine and is a really great way to start the day. Keeping the balance of fruit and veg ensures that you are getting all the good stuff! 4 Black Kale leaves
2 sticks of Celery
1 Lemon squeezed
This juice makes enough for 2 and is packed full of vitamins and immunity boosting ingredients!
I like to wash all of the fruit and veg and chop into small enough pieces to fit into the juicer (except for the lemon, I squeeze this in at the end). Then I simply juice and serve immediately.
If you don't have a juicer then the ingredients can be blended for a more filling morning boost. I would peal and core all the fruit and veg before blending.
The turmeric has a very bold taste and although has wonderful anti-inflammatory properties some people don't like the flavour, so just leave out if you aren't too sure of it!
