Stir-fry Asian Greens with Chilli & Ginger

The Asian Greens from Spindlebrook Farm are such a great flavour and packed full of vitality.  This simple recipe is Stir-fried Asian Greens with Chilli, Honey & Soy. It can be enjoyed as a side or equally add chicken and noodles and it becomes a wonderful main meal.

Ingredients

200g Asian Greens
1 Clove of Garlic
1 Inch of Ginger
1/4 of a Chilli
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Coconut Oil

Method

Simply crush the garlic and finely chop the Ginger and chilli.

Mix into a bowl and add the honey and Soy

sauce.

In a hot Wok add a tea spoon of Coconut Oil

Add the contents of the bowl and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Roughly chop the Asian Greens and add to the Wok for 30 seconds.
