Wild Garlic Pesto

Wild Garlic Pesto is delicious at this time of year when there is abundance of Wild Garlic in our Hedgerows. The pesto can be used to spice up a soup or Risotto or stuff inside a Chicken Breast and bake in the oven.


150g Wild Garlic Leaves
50g Flate Leaf Pasley
2 tbs Rape Seed Oil
50g Sharpham rustic
20g Pine nuts


  1. Toast the pine nuts
  2. Add the Wild Garlic, Parsley, Rapeseed Oil and Pine Nuts to a blender and blitz for 2 minutes.
  3. Crumble the Shapham rustic and mix into the Pesto
